  • Tickets purchased for events at Kensington Oval are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Entry may be subject to security screening. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
  • Re-entry is not guaranteed and may vary by event.
3. Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons or dangerous objects
  • Illegal substances
  • Outside food or beverages (unless for medical needs or baby care)
  • Drones, lasers, or professional camera equipment without credentials
  • Any item deemed unsafe by security personnel

All bags are subject to search upon entry.

4. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, athletes, and fellow attendees. Harassment, abuse, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without refund.

5. Photography & Media

By entering Kensington Oval, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the Oval or its partners for promotional and media purposes, without compensation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Kensington Oval is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
  • Injury or illness occurring during your visit unless caused by gross negligence on our part
  • Cancellations or delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

All activities and attendance are at your own risk.

7. Lost & Found

Lost items can be reported to our Guest Services team during events or by contacting us after the event. Items are held for 30 days before disposal.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Kensington Oval or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Kensington Oval reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or venue services after changes constitutes acceptance.
