I am Adrian Bowen and I met Sir Garry on his 80th birthday in London. My wife Clotelle and I visited him at Radisson Hotel through an invitation from Cedric Lynch of the BTMI. We went to dinner afterwards and had a wonderful night with Sir Garry giving a number of stories about his career and life. What I noticed most was that he was very willing to listen to our input and treated us like he knew us all his life. That’s my personal memory with the great man. May he rest in peace.
